He was predeceased by: his father Richard; and his sister Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Carrie; and his siblings, Cindy (Bill), Steven, Roger and Liz. He is also survived by his 3 step siblings, his many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
