He was predeceased by: his child Kyle (Natalie); his parents, Beatrice and John; and his siblings, Anne Robertson (Doug), Richard and Paula Cowx.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Rob (Genea), Flora (Adam) and Cyril Nieuwland; his grandchildren, Helena (Adam), Eli, Haven, Preston, Emma, Owen and Devlin Mayne; and his brother-in-law Brian Cowx. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A time for his family and friends to celebrate Cliff's life together will be held at the Davidson Funeral Home on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. For those who wish, memorial remembrances to the PCHS Broken Spoke Bike Program or to a charity of choice would be appreciated by his family.
