He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his sons, Jason Potyok (Helen), Brent Potyok (Claudette) and Adam Potyok (Lisa); his stepson David Mason (Lori); his grandchildren, Michael Mason (Alisha), Christopher Mason and Simona Mason (Matt); and his brother James Potyok (Gloria).
