He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lawrence and Mary Lawrence (Hinde); his grandchild Greenlea Lawrence-Scott of Brampton; his sister Gayle; and his father-in-law Louis Bernad.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lawrence; his child Shawn J. Lawrence (Morna Scott-Dunne); his grandchildren, Rayna Lawrence-Scott and Kailer Lawrence-Scott; his child Shannon B. Lawrence (Andrew Natale); his grandson Marco Lawrence Natale (Mark) of Timmins; his daughter Tara (Melissa Walker); his grandchild Madyson Walker-Baker of Innisfil; his siblings, Garth Lawrence (Pat Lawrence), Gilda Lawrence and Glenda Lawrence-Skilton (Jerry Skilton); and his mother-in-law Mary. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
