He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ainsworth and Bert Ainsworth of Sarnia; his wife Cathy Ainsworth (Lowe); and his siblings, Gail, Ronald and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Greg, Dave (Elaine), Steve (Pam) and Kelsey Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Brandy (Vic), Ainsley (Randy), Kaitlin and Rachel (Jesse); his brother Larry of Petrolia; and his sister-in-law Anna of Chatham.
Charitable donations be made in Dick's memory to the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
