He was predeceased by: his stepson Richard Goodberry; and his siblings, Rodey Cooke and Bonnie Whan. He is survived by: his children, Jenn Dunham (Steve) and Sam Cooke (Amber Emmons); his stepson Rob Goodberry; his grandchildren, Megan, Braydan, Hunter, Hayley and Lincoln; his stepgrandchildren, Erika, Tristan, Chandlier, Brock, Dalton, William and Maddy Lynn; and his siblings, June Cooke, Dorothy Jones (Brian), Guy Cooke (Linda), Ronnie Cooke (Deanna), Murray Cooke (Louise) and Gary Cooke (late Lorna). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
