He was predeceased by: his son Allen; his parents, Percy Hofstetter and Alma Hofstetter (Conrad); his stepmother Margaret Hofstetter (Snyder); and his siblings, Ronald and Helen Hofstetter.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Hofstetter (Scott); his children, Jim and Pam of New Hamburg; his grandchildren, Tucker, Taylin, Brett (Laura) and Beau (Courtney); his great grandchild Charlie; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Hofstetter of Washington, ON and Layton Hofstetter of New Hamburg. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers. donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Chesterfield Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
