He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Cameron; his parents, Fred Cockerton and Florence Cockerton (Krieger); and his siblings, Helen, Marie and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Cockerton (Oke); his son Eugene (Linda) of Plattsville; his grandchildren, Jesse (Megen) and Amanda (Charlie); his great grandchildren, Austin, Khira, Mariah and Coltan; and his sisters, Thelma and Carol.
