She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stringer and Jane Hughes; and her siblings, Susan, Richard, Roy and Roger.

She is survived by: her husband Jean-Claude Brunet; her children, Pierrette and Michel; her grandchildren, Steven (Sophie) and Ryan (Trinity); her great grandchildren, Logan, Jackson, Emmett and Lillian; and her siblings, Hilton, Carl and Elsie. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and friends.
