He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Boldrick and John Boldrick of Plainfield; and his wife Doris Helena. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Puddy (John) and Maureen Gardner (Bill); his niece Carol; and his nephew Perry Chafe.
