He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shelley Thurston; his children, William "Bill" Thurston (Robyn) and Shawna Kerr (Tyler); his parents, Marie Thurston and William "Bill" Thurston; and his sisters, Donna Thurston and Nancy Mulder (Bert).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elks Hall (21 Elks St, Prince Edward, ON K0K2T0).
