She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Jim Smith; her children, Michelle (Mike Scott) of Oshawa, Jeffery Futerman of Oshawa and Jason Smith of Merritt, BC; and her stepchildren, Lesley (Wade Russell) of Burlington and Steven Smith (Angela) of Hillier.
