It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Irene Cowan (Picton, Ontario), who passed away on January 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Irene Cowan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Cowan; and her son Steve (Linda) of Picton. She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Susan) of Frankford, Joe (Mary Dawn) of Springbrook, Terry (Laura Lee) of Picton, Barry (Wanda) of Rose Hall, Shawn of Belleville and Allan (Tabitha) of Cherry Valley. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations to the Salvation Army Picton Community Church would be appreciated.
