He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill Perkins and Olive Howard. He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Arthur Perkins and Gladys (Piat); his spouse Doreen (Wilkinson); his children, John Perkins (Denise Boos) of Bloomfield, Richard Perkins (Cathy Ireland) of Brighton, Lesley Brennan of Whitby and Susan MacKenzie (Garth) of Victoria, B. C.; and his sibling Ivan Perkins of Solihull. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
