He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Lewis and Harry Lewis of Toledo. He is survived by: his sons, David (Jill) of Listowel and Jason of Vancouver; his brother Ronald Lewis (Carol) of Brockville; and his granddaughters, Ellie and Anna Lewis.
