He was predeceased by: his sibling Theodore. He is survived by: his siblings, Leona Head (late Murray), Jean, Roy, Gerald, Leonard, Phyllis Tolkamp, Basil and Riley; and his great-nephew The Reverend Blake. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and his many friends.
