It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Lucy (Getty) Brand (Picton, Ontario), who passed away on December 27, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Getty (Westover) and Erwin Getty; her daughters, Sandra of Sousa, Picton, Pat Weiler, Margaret (Robin Orr) and Westport; her grandchildren, Jamie Weiler (Shannon), Mark Weiler, Alana McConnell (Brad) and Erica of Sousa; and her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Rylan McConnell, Mayla, Olin Sivak, Hayden Weiler, Brady and Samantha Fletcher. She was also cherished by three daughters, with whom they enjoyed family camping trips and building a family cottage which they took pleasure in sharing with their children and grandchildren.
