He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy and Jean. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Mike (Simone), Lianne, Poppy, James, Cameron, Ty, Tara, Cadence, Hunter and Carter; and his siblings, Linda, Donna, Judy and Rob.
