He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm McMullen and Kathleen McMullen. He is survived by: his children, Robin (Brad) and Joshua (Jenn); his siblings, Muriel Morgan (Gerald) and Shirley Carlisle (Ralph); and his friend Cathy.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Shriner's Hospitals for Children are appreciated.
