He is survived by: his wife Marianne Rogers; and his sisters, Jacquie Carlisle of Belleville, Tracey Henderson of Oregon and Colleen Farmer of Calgary. He is also survived by many loving sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, step-children and many friends.
