He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Frances; his sister Margaret; and his father-in-law Louie. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Soorsma; his siblings, Lloyd, Jane, Kathy and Bruce; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Soorsma; and his siblings, Fred, Eva, Leviena, Neil and Nancy.

Due to Covid protocols, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
