He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynne Marie Welch; his parents, Enid Bazlik and Robert; his children, Jim Welch (Penny), Susan Welch (Paul Lalonde), Russell Welch (Heather) and Lisa Collins (Matthew); his grandchildren, Amanda Bronson (Gregory Clancy), Matthew Bronson, Alexandra, Luke Welch, Jacob, Grace, Jonathan Welch, Victoria, Zachariah and Elijah Collins; his great grandchild Jarek Clancy; and his siblings, Neil Anderson (Robbie), Brian Anderson (Elaine), Kathy Ferguson (Bill), Paul Anderson (Debbie) and Mark Anderson (Carol).
