She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford; and her brother Roy. She is survived by: her children, Philip Mattis (late Donna) of Consecon, Paul Storms of Trenton, John Storms (Bonnie) of Whitehorse, David Storms (Patricia) of Kitchener-Waterloo and Marlene (Scott White) of Tweed; her grandchildren, Kristine, Natalie, Jaime, Ashley, Michael, Hannah, Jason, Brian, Karen, Tim, Donovan, Penny and Andrew; and her siblings, Lorraine Button, Audrey Vernoy, Bruce, Angus Minaker, Clifford, Ward and Howard Minaker.
Covid-19 social distance protocol will be observed and masks are required.
Memorial donations made to the Moira Place Benevolent Fund would be appreciated by the family.
