With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Madeline Rands of Picton, Ontario, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Wattam and Margaret Wattam; her husband George Powers; her son Scot Powers; and her siblings, David Wattam, Betty Wattam and Jeanne Webster.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Bailey (Brent) of Toronto; her grandchildren, Darcy, Calum (Brennan), Travis Zach (Christina) and Lauren; and her great grandchild Max. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Donations are being accepted for: PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION.
