With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Kathryn Culmer of Picton, Ontario, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Charlie; and her sisters, Vera Holland, Margaret Wood, Loretta Ferguson and Bernice Frizzel.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Black (Dennis Campbell) of Picton and David (Luana) of Picton; and her granddaughters, Kimberly (Stephen) and Kristine.
