Arnold Devries Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Devries of Picton, Ontario, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Auke Devries and Sijtske Devries; and his brothers, John and Allen (Johanna). He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon McLean (Jim) of Belleville, Janet Fernandez (Jorge) of Belleville and Sally LaPorte (Marc) of Kingston; the mother of his children Eleanor Devries of Picton; his grandchildren, Katherine, Scott, Alexander, Nicholas, Rebecca, Danielle and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Jaklyn, Nathan, Scarlett and Parker; his siblings, Ruth Westerhof (Frank) of Picton, Jane Devries of Belleville and Sid Devries (late Helen) of Napanee; his sister-in-law Sylvia Devries of Trenton; and his friend Pat Romkey of Picton. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
