He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; his mother Hyacinth Chong (Barbara); and his grandmothers, Edna Chung and Ivy Warmington. He is survived by: his sons, Craig and Jason; his father Walter Antonio Chong, Sr. (Bobby); his parents-in-law, Donald and Kay Moosie; his sister Denise Gronau; his niece Samantha; his nephew Andrew; his sister Lisa Chapman; his nephews, Lucas and Jake; his brother Ray Chong; his nieces and nephews, Ethan and Cameron; his brother Peter; his sister-in-law Tracey Chang; and his nephews, Adam and Joshua.

Due to the COVID restrictions, attendance at the Memorial Service will be "by Invitation" on Monday November 2nd, 2020 and will be livestreamed for the public beginning at 1:00 p. m. on Monday, November 2nd, 2020.

Memorial donations to the SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
