James Kosmenko Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kosmenko (Pickering, Ontario), who passed away on July 26, 2018 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Orest Kosmenko and Janet Kosmenko; his wife Teresa; his children, Matt and Greg; his stepchildren, Steven and Ashley; and his brothers, Jeff (Joan) and Rob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to Cardiac Kids in memory of Jim.
