She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Philip Correia; her parents, John DeFreitas and Ursula DeFreitas; her siblings, Elaine, Randy, Romeo (Elaine), Jerry, John and Henry; and her siblings-in-law, Gertrude (James), Clement (Celeste) and Stephen (Cecelia).
She is survived by: her children, Rosalie (Heinz), Keith (late Marilyn), Elizabeth (Paul), Jennifer (John), Susanne and Paul (Pauline).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T1Z7). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T1Z7). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Christ the King Cemetery (7770 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L6B1A8). A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
