Carla DiCecco Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla DiCecco of Pickering, Ontario, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; her father Willem van den Heuvel; her brother-in-law Thomas Grainger; her parents-in-law, Lina DiCecco and Louis DiCecco; and her siblings-in-law, Carmella DiCecco, Joey DiCecco and John Cwalinski.
She is survived by: her mother Margarete van den Heuvel; her siblings, Andy van den Heuvel (Janet), Miriam Cosentino (Jens) and Yvonne Grainger (AL); her nieces and nephews, Sonja, Alycia, Nicholas, Colin, Daniel, Bennett, Noah, Tristan, David, Laurie, Leanne, Tanya, Kathy, Michael and Elena; and her siblings-in-law, Louise DiCecco, Vicki Cowdrey Joanne Cwalinski (Joe) and Vince DiCecco.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ajax Lakeridge Gardens 5th floor west recreation department to support their arts and crafts activities, and celebrations, or to the SickKids hospital.
