He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnston; his son James; his siblings, Doreen Embree (David) of Needham, MA, Ken (Chris) of Newmarket and Don (Anne) of Phelpston; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Sandy, Debbie and Denise. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
