She was predeceased by: her spouse Fay Clements; her parents, Orton Neely and Lillian Neely; her son James Clements; and her siblings, Melvin Neely, Evelyn Gare, Donald Neely and Marie Zuppan.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Vantol (Ron Dillan), Dianne Zaitzow (late Irving), Stan Clements (Anne), John Clements (Wendy), Wendy Glass (Darryl Shutiak), Brenda Kukura and Becky Clements. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
