He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford (Verna) and Powell; his wife Charlotte; his stepchildren, George McConnell and Melinda Nutt; his sister Lila Neely; and his in-laws, Jim Sanders and Sharon Sillib.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robert McConnell, Ivan McConnell (Derek) and Cathy Granville (Ian); his son-in-law Scott Nutt; his siblings, Gloria, Riehl, Mary, Young, Betcy, Spinks and Jake; his sister-in-law Krystal Tucker (Sean); and his stepdaughter-in-law Lisa McConnell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home (4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, ON N0N1R0).
