He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tadeusz Kazek and Veronique Kazek; his wife Janice; his daughter Lauren; his siblings, John (Stacy Kazek) and Daniel (Amee Kazek); his wife Marni; his nephew David; his nieces, Ruth, Mary and Emily; and his cousins, Nadine, Michel, Mark and Sarah.
