She was predeceased by: her husband Maitland "Mait"; her sons, Barry and Dean; and her parents, John Bowman and Margaret Bowman.

She is survived by: her children, Brian (Janet Edgar), Brenda Edgar of Forest, Beverley (Mike Park) and Dianne Edgar of London; her daughter-in-law Mary Jo Edgar of Petrolia; her grandchildren, Allison Edgar (Jessica), James Edgar (Vanessa), Chris Edgar (Danielle), Greg Edgar (Nathalie), Scott Edgar (Megan), Lindsay Fiddick (Mitch), Jason Park (Lynsy), Meghan Baron (Manny), Jeremy Park (Kayla), Jayden Park, Mary Thompson and Robert Thompson; and her siblings, Doris Strickland (late Ross), Jim Bowman (Shirley), Louise Marshall (late Bill) and Isabel Elston (late William). She is also survived by her 21 great grandchildren.
