With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorne McKay (Petrolia, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Tyler Elliott; and his parents, Elmer McKay and Vina McKay. He is survived by: his wife Eileen McKay; his children, Brenda, Scott Elliott, Brian McKay, Wayne and Melissa McKay; his grandchildren, Lauren, Craig Baan, Breanna, Brandon Wilson, Nick, Cailee Morreau, Colton, Morgan, Sydney, Jenna, Danielle and Leah McKay; and his great grandchildren, Lilah, Flora Morreau and Flynn Wilson.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque or online to the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation (CEEHF.ca), or Lambton Meadowview Auxiliary.
