He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Root; his grandson Thompson D. Root; his daughter-in-law Mary-Anne; his great grandchild Andrew; his sister Sylvia "Dolly"; his sister-in-law Suzanne; his pet Muppy; and also Mary.
