She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Brooker; her parents, Henry Bird and Joyce Bird; and her sisters, Angela Purton (late Doug) and Norah Breen (late Howard).
She is survived by: her sons, Robin (Elizabeth Brooker), Mark (Lisa Brooker) and Tim (Wanda Brooker); her siblings, Elizabeth Carrell (late Bill), Judith Bird (Brian Wynn) and Brian Bird (Sharon); and her friend Marna Whitfield. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, and twenty five great grandchildren.
