He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, John and Eva; and his siblings, Stephen Kuchta and Mary Sullivan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy (Doug Darrach), Karen (Dave Westhouse) and Tricia Kuchta; his grandchildren, Kayla Darrach, Nathan Darrach, Paul Westhouse, Katie Westhouse and Rich Mayorga; his close friend Nola Tait; his pet Ralph; and his brother Joe Kuchta (Kathy).
