She was predeceased by: her husband Herman; and her siblings, Albert van den Bogaard, Hendrika Vervoordeldonk, Nellie van den Bogaard, Theo van den Bogaard, Miet Van Lierop, Driek Koolen, Nol Koolen, Thiest Koolen and Ted Koolen.
She is survived by: her children, Tony, Jane Straatman, Marian, Ken McEwan, Garry and Heather Straatman; her grandchildren, Kevin Straatman, Tyler, Caleigh Straatman, Kyle Straatman (Haley), Brett, Julia McEwan, James, Amy McEwan, Alyssa, Mark Bunning, Troy Straatman (Katie) and Mallory Straatman (David); her great grandchildren, Myla, Georgia, Cooper and Oliver; and her sibling Chris Koolen.
