Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeff leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Bill Johnston. He is survived by: his children, Natalie Palko (Scott), Olivia Johnston (Nathan Anderson), Kyle Johnston (Danielle Rosema), Tiffany Brassard and Hannah Simms; his granddaughter Adeline; his mother Martha Johnston; and his brother Tim Johnston (Heather).
