He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patti Lake; the mother of his children Paulette Gillies; his brother Shawn (Kim Gillies); his brother-in-law Bobby McCarthy; his sister Kelly Gillies; his parents, Gil Gillies and Patricia Gillies; and his sisters, Kim McCarthy and Shannon Bonneville (late Ron).
