She was predeceased by: her spouse John William "Clare" Newman; her sibling Glenna (late Frank); her parents, Irving Byers and Hazel Byers; and also Graham Dann.
She is survived by: her children, Aeron Winters (Lee) and Robert Newman; and her siblings, Owen Byers (late Marilyn), Beverley Byers (Linda) and Abbatepaolo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 21, 2018 from 12:00-3:00 p.m. at the Lions Club of Petrolia, 451 Huggard St. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to C.E.E. Hospital Foundation (http://www.ceehf.ca) or St. Joseph's Hospice (http://www.stjosephshospice.ca).
