She is survived by: her husband John "Jack"; her children, Diana Ewing and Jeffrey Ewing (Charito); her grandsons, Nathan and Nicklas; her siblings, Madelyn Hayes, Jim Hayes (Bonnie) and Mona Zaleski (Michael); and her sisters-in-law, Jill Phalen (Cy), Debra Thompson and Susan Hyatt (Ken).
