He was predeceased by: his father Jeff Morningstar. He is survived by: his daughter Peyton; his mother Lynda Morningstar; his brothers, James, Eric (Maddie Rose), Alex and Shane; his nephew Chase; and his nieces, Hannah and Amelia. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made "In trust to Lynda Morningstar" for Adam's daughter Peyton.
