He is survived by: his wife Ann Selby; his children, Beth Selby (late Barry Vail), Kathy Cookman (Jim) and Meg Selby (Edwin Schaerlaeckens); his stepchildren, Mary and John Biggar; his grandchildren, Patrick, Jamie Bradshaw, John and Ian Mitchell; his stepgrandchildren, Jason, Matthew Vail, Kevin, Alex Schaerlaeckens, Robin Kilgour and Adam Biggar; his great grandchildren, Daemon and Ethan Bradshaw; and his siblings, Eula Chessman and Ralph Selby.
