He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Peckham and Therese Peckham; and also, Stan and Joan Konarzycki. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Tom (Morgan), Nicole (Ferdinando), Michael (Rachael) and Danielle (David); his stepdaughter Jennifer; his aunts, Vyvyan and Bette Peckham; his siblings, Mary Elin (Carmen), Anna (late Kevin), Martin (Ellen), Jerome (Donna) and Cathy (Steve); his father-in-law George McKeiver (Betty); and also, Margi (Clare), Mike (Ethel), Tom (Mary), Pete (Kate), Don (late Simone), Kathy and Rita (Al). He is also survived by his siblings, aunts, cousins.
Tom's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be directed to Cancer Care at the PRHC Foundation. (prhcfoundation.ca) In light of COVID-19 restrictions, a private mass and interment will be held for Tom.
