He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Lucy; his parents, Olive Lucy and Fredrick Lucy; and his siblings, Bill, Gordon, Ted, Gwen and Kay.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Lucy (Redhead); his son Scott Lucy (Holly); his stepchildren, Robert Redhead (Wanda), Catherine Bodrug (David) and Jeffrey Redhead (Kris Erstling); his grandchildren, Daralyn Marshall (Nick), Samuel Redhead (Anna), Shannon Ottonen (Markus), William Redhead (Jordyn), Charlene Bodrug, Thomas Bodrug, Krista Plumton (Darrel), Cheryll Fillmore (Mike) and Robyn Webb (Matt); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Emmett, Evan, Brynlea, Ryan, Brooklyn, Blakely, Ryleigh, Boden, Autumn and Damien; his friend Susan Redhead; his siblings-in-law, Gail, Mike Brown and Edith Lucy; and his cousin Edward Cox.
