He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his children, Cathy Duignan (Kevin), David O'Grady and Karen O'Grady; his granddaughter Sarah Duignan (Adrian Alonso); his great grandchild Rey Duignan; his grandson Liam Duignan; and his siblings, John, Joe and Ellen Prior.
