He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus "Bert" Vliet and Fenna Van Vliet. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Annette (Steven) and Susan (Brad); his grandsons, Matthew (Courtney), Luke, Joshua (Savannah) and Timothy (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Piper and Stella.
